Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Moray Figure Skating Club (MFSC) formally notify its intention to hold a Special General Meeting (SGM) at the Meeting Room (upstairs), Moray Leisure Centre, Elgin at 7pm Monday 2nd July.
The purpose of the meeting is to seek formal ratification of the following officer positions from within the current Committee.
1/ Chair Colin Anderson
2/ Vice Chair Heather Sharp
3/ Treasurer Helen Crowley
4/ Secretary Emma Marandola
5/ Child Protection Officer – Pauline Glass
In the event that you are unable to attend the Committee will shortly distribute ballot papers notifying your support or otherwise for the above, notification of which will be treated in the strictest confidence.
